Michael Torres, also known as Myke Towers in the industry of music is a Puerto Rican singer and rapper born January 15, 1994. Mike Towers became Myke Towers slightly in 2017 as a tribute to The Young Kingz Music Movement, where he is a resident. The change was from the first letter of his name in the name to a "y" in honor of the group. Myke is a part of the underground rap scene in Puerto Rico ever since his teenage years. His first freestyles and songs were released on SoundCloud. In 2014 he gained popularity through songs such as Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal and En los Bloques. In addition, he attracted the attention of the music scene in urban areas through his freestyle La Nueva Droga and his interpretation of the original track from the band Drake.
